Groups segment users to form more in-depth analytics and targeted interactions.
1. Log into the Admin Console here, or sign in, and click “Open Admin Console” located at the top of your “Spotlight” page.
2. Using the main navigation bar on the left, click "Users", then select “Groups” from the drop down menu.
3. Click “New Group” located in the top left, next to the “Dashboard”.
4. Fill in all necessary information regarding the group; name, joining code, and description. When done, click “Create Group”.
Heads up! This action requires the "Edit Users" permission. If you do not have this permission you will not be able to create users. Your organization's administrator can give you this authorization.
