As an admin, you are able to make changes to any of your user's accounts. You are able to change a user's name, gender, team, email, and edit their permissions. You can also reset passwords and suspend and delete accounts.

Heads up

Editing accounts requires the Edit Users permission.

Editing someone's profile

  1. On your computer, open the Admin Console.
  2. In the navigation panel on the left, click Users and then All Users.
  3. Click on the person you would like to edit.
  4. Make your changes under User Info.
  5. Click Save.

Deleting someone's account

  5. To re-enable their account, click Enable Account.

Resetting someone's password

Users have the option to reset their password themselves. However, as an admin, you can also do this for them.

  1. On your computer, open the Admin Console.
  2. In the navigation panel on the left, click Users and then All Users.
  3. Click on the person whose password you would like to reset.
  4. Click Reset Password.
  5. Enter a new password (minimum 6 characters) and then again to confirm.
  6. Click Reset Password.
