Heads up! This action requires the "Edit Events" permission. If you do not have this permission you will not be able to analyze events. Your organization's administrator has the ability to give you this permission.
- Log in to the Admin Console.
- Using the navigation bar on the left, click on "Events".
- Using the calendar, click on the event you would like to analyze.
- Click on the "Analyze" button near the top of the page.
You now have access to the event data. Here are a few pro tips to navigate the analyze page:
- You can click on the "Check Ins", "RSVP Yes", etc. number to see who checked in or RSVP'd.
- You can download an Excel file (.csv) of the data by clicking on the excel file logo to the right of a data point.
- You can click on the pie chart sections to view individual data points.
