Spirit uses the GPS in your device to confirm that you are at an event. If Spirit says it can't find any events, then your GPS thinks you're not inside the area to receive points. There are several things you can try to fix this:
- Move closer to the center of the venue
- Turn on your Wi-Fi to increase GPS accuracy
- Make sure the time on your device is correct to help increase GPS accuracy (If possible set it to automatic)
- Restart your device
