- Log into the Admin Console here, or sign in, and click “Open Admin Console” at the top of your “Spotlight” page.
- Using the navigation bar on the left, click on "Messages".
3. Fill out the "Title" and "Text" boxes.
4. Select whether you would like to send the message to "all users" or "certain groups/teams"
5. When your message is completed, click “Send” to deliver the message to users.
Heads up! This action requires the "Send Messages" permission. If you do not have this permission you will not be able to send messages. Your organization's administrator can grant you this permission.
